Poomse (Poomsae)

No matter how it is spelled it still means form!

The purpose of Practicing Poomse is to build the skills necessary to advance in rank.

By practicing Poomse a student learns proper breathing techniques, body balance, and control of power.  Practicing Poomse builds self control and mental alertness.
