Look right, and move left foot clockwise 90° to a left front stance with a left down block.

Look left, pivot on right foot and move left foot counter-clockwise (270°) to a left front stance with a right middle block.

Step with right foot forward to a right front stance and execute a right center punch.

Look right, and move right foot clockwise 180° to a right front stance with a left middle block.
